Night Frisbee 3 Flies Up

I have to say that this is an activity that I never would have expected to come about. But at the bachelor party of Josh Tang, a friend and co-worker of mine there were about 7 guys who had been drinking eating and carousing for the better part of the day. The party was held at a campground in Big Sur. It was getting towards midnight and several of us got it into our heads to go out and play 3 flies up in this open field nearby. We had a light up Frisbee and fun was had by all.

There was one bush in the middle of the field that got the worst of it. I think that I was the second person to run right into it but I wasn't the last. It got a lot of traffic. We were just fortunate it was a forgiving bit of foliage. I don't know if I can recommend this activity to everyone but it was quite amusing. There were no broken bones or stitches so overall I would have to say that it went better than could be expected considering the company and the terrain.

As bachelor parties go I would have to say that for good clean entertainment and enjoyment this was one of the best I've experienced.

Weddings, Regsitries, and Ants

So for some reason it seems everyone I know has decided to get married. And none of them to me. Isn't that inconsiderate? Anyways three of them decided to get married this month which means I don't get any free weekends until July. This is allright with me though, as long as there is free food. Well, I suppose the food isn't actually free, since I have to buy gifts. Come to think of it, the food is really expensive.

Now for some short thoughts. Bed Bath and Beyond, which every trendy bride registers at, has put something very odiferous in their gift wrapping(bag stuffing really) which makes me nauseous. I don't know what it is, but I may have to keep the gifts far away from me until wedding time. Either that or dump potpourri in the bags.

And now for something, completely different.

Today at lunch I bought a bag of salsa verde Doritos. I finished most of them but since I was eating and driving there were still some crumbs in the bag. I played soccer at 6:00 today and when I got back in my car I noticed that there were ants crawling all over the Doritos bag. This is a mystery, how did they get there. How long will they live in my car? Is there an ant colony under all the junk in my back seat?

I might have to call in an exterminator.
